Every Monday night, 6:00PM-7:30PM, in the Movement room of the NEW Clubhouse amenities center. This is a high beginner/intermediate level drop-in class, and some line dancing experience is recommended but all are welcome. Wear comfortable shoes, no flip-flops. $8 per person.
Line Dancing for Absolute Beginners: I will have another 4-week beginner line dance session starting on Monday, February 7th, 2022, from 5:00PM-6:00PM in the Movement room in the NEW Clubhouse amenities center. 20/20/20 class is 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes strength training, and 20-minute yoga and stretch. This class
follows the 3 components of fitness with equal time devoted to each. Aqua interval and toning consist of 25
minute of fat burning interval followed by toning and yoga stretching.
All classes are $5 and at the resort center facilities. Serving you and American Council on Exercise for 31 years. Program design for the gym equipment and personal training also
provided $40 an hour.

Please join me for a one-hour ZUMBA GOLD class on Thursdays at 6 PM in the movement room at the new
Clubhouse! This dance workout is low impact with great modifications that get results and is designed for the
older active adult who loves exercise in disguise! I have been a licensed ZUMBA and ZUMBA GOLD instructor for 13 years and have been teaching since 2008! We will get a lot of steps in; we will move to a lot of different rhythms using dance moves that motivate and inspire and we will have fun! See you on the dance floor.

It feels good and is good for you. The only equipment needed are boxing gloves, comfortable shoes, an
comfortable clothes. Coach Lee is fully vaccinated from Covid-19. He is a fully insured, certified USA Boxing
coach and director/head coach of the North Port Boxing Club. I started competing in sanctioned USA Boxing shows
in 1999. Former director of Charlotte Harbor Boxing Club. He is certified by the NeuroChallenge Foundation to
teach boxing to Parkinson’s Disease patients.
