Redesign our residents’ website for accurate, effective and user-friendly access

Upgrade the Wi-Fi at our Resort Center and pools to match the capabilities at our Event Center. This will provide strong and secure Internet coverage for e-mail, streaming and Wi-Fi calling in those areas.

Eliminate duplicate, unnecessary and costly internet service provider gateways in our amenities buildings and commons

Collaborate with our neighboring communities that are experiencing similar challenges and successes. Sharing ideas and pooling resources can be a win-win for everyone.

In former careers they called me Technology Tom. I guess that labeled me kind of a geek but that is OK! So I volunteered my talent and efforts and refurbished the WiFi and Internet at our Event Center. We now have reliable, fast, secure and seamless Wi-Fi coverage throughout the building as well as the entire parking lot in front, the veranda, gazebo, fire pit, grill areas and bocce courts. (Look for the IW-Residents (open) network on your devices). The ten Internet wall jacks in all rooms are now functional as well. I also upgraded the two computers in our Resort Center Library for secure public use as Internet Kiosks. I look forward to expanding and simplifying the Wi-Fi networks at the resort and lap pools, fitness center and throughout the Resort (HOA) Building.
